We understand that you want to ensure you’re getting exactly what you expect from us and given that geography may be an issue. Whilst a full audio demonstration can’t be properly experienced remotely, a video demonstration can.
We can walk you through all aspects of the build, highlight any particular areas of interest, and have a ‘live’ discussion so that you can be confident with the turntable prior to us either shipping out to or delivering and installing.
Online Set-up & Service Support
For those who are looking to expand their understanding of how the turntable works, or are in a position whereby you have no local support or option to ship your turntable to us, we can now offer video servicing where we can guide you through what is required to tackle the work yourself.
We can guide you through many aspects of service work such as set-ups, repairs, or component replacement to get you up and running and confident that everything is as it should be.
Dependent on the nature of the work required, you may need specific tooling so contact us to discuss the options available to you.
Valuations, Consignments & Pre-purchase Inspections
For those who are looking to sell or buy other examples, we can also support you.
If you have a turntable that you’re looking to sell, we can market it on your behalf. Where possible, we can retain it in out store to display and demonstrate where appropriate, as well as market it on our website, social channels, and offer to our network.
If you’re looking to purchase an example that isn’t offered by us, where possible, we can conduct a pre-purchase inspection for you so that you’re fully aware of any issues or requirements that it may have.
