New product releases from Pro-ject

Henley Audio have just announce two new products from the Pro-ject stable.

The first is the new Debut PRO S turntable. The new high-performance version of the much-loved Debut is allied to a number of advanced features over the rest of the range. The first is a 10” S-shaped tonearm (as found on the Metallica Artist Range turntable) which has an aluminium arm tube, precision milled bearings and full VTA adjustment.

It also boasts an SME-type connector to allow quick exchanges of head-shells/cartridges for those of you who like to mix it up. Supplied with the Pick-IT S2 cartridge, this is ready to go pretty much straight out of the box. These are available at £799.

The second item should be of interest to all. Pro-ject have dipped their toe into the waters of signal processing with the Vinyl NRS Box S3 which reduces crackles and pops which is so typical of the vinyl format.

Like the Sugarcube (but at a fraction of the price), this digital processor effectively acts as a noise gate to reduce unwanted artifacts from the playing surface, enhancing your listening enjoyment. This is a perfect solution for those who enjoy making the most of used vinyl which is pretty much all of us. These are now available in silver or black for £289.
